I verified my business listing last week and sent out my review link to some past customers to leave reviews. 3 left a review but it doesn’t seem to be appearing in all places. It’s showing up in the ‘reviews’ section for managing my listing but then not showing up on the ‘home’ page. It’s then showing up on the google maps search result but not on the regular google search result.
It’s normal as you have less than 5 reviews, they will appear in your profile on Google Maps but not on Google Search.
Once you get to 5 reviews, all the reviews will show up on both Google Search and Google Maps.
To note, it may take up to 72 hours to update across all of Google’s platforms.
