This question was submitted on 26th October 2020 to the Google My Business Help Community Forum.

Details: “ I have recently added a second phone number to the GMB listing but always it shows only one on the SERP. Please could anyone give me an answer?”

Response:

You can add up to 3 phone numbers. One as the primary number and the other two as additional phone numbers. Please note, the phone numbers can only be mobile or landline as fax numbers are not allowed.

However, Google will only display one phone number in the “knowledge panel” on Google Search and Google Maps listings.

How to add a phone number to Google My Business Profile

  1. Go to the Info section by pressing “Info” on the main menu on the left-hand side
  2. Go down to “add phone” and press on the pencil to edit this field
  3. Add your Primary Phone and/or press on “Add phone number”
  4. When you have finished press “Apply”

Hope it helps
