A few users are reporting when trying to reply or leave questions on a profile they own/manage is showing their personal Google Account details instead of as the “Business”.
Appears to be affecting users in different roles: Site managers, Managers and even Owners.
Typically, if you own/manage a business profile, Google does not show the questions or answer as from your own Google account but it lists the profile name and says “owner” — in other words, it shows the owner is answering the question.
2021 June 14 – Google confirmed (email below) it is an issue and is working to resolve it, no ETA.
