There is an issue affecting some but not all Google My Business Profiles, where you add products to your profile through the dashboard but they do not appear to the public.
In other words, you can see them when you are signed in but not when you are signed out. This means your customers cannot see them.
You should wait a couple of days for the Products to be updated across all Google’s platforms (Maps, Search), and if they aren’t you need to contact Google My Business Support.
Google is aware of the issue. As ever, I will keep you informed.
