There is a new Google My Business Issue where users are complaining they can’t reply to Google reviews.
When you click on “reply” on the review, it pops up a message box that says “could not find review” even though you can see the review on the profile and it hasn’t been removed. Also, it does not matter whether you use the mobile app or desktop.
2021 September 20- Google is aware of this issue and marked it as a “trending issue”. Many users are confirming that has been solved but no official word from Google
Some users are reporting a work around: try to reply through the email. When you get an email that you have a new review, click on reply rather than going through the website.
