What is it
Google added to the Google My Business Support Contact Form any active support cases in progress submitted by you. It includes Case ID and status.
When you are filling the Contact Us form and if you have any active case(s), on step 3 will appear all cases you have in progress. It advises “We notice you have one or more support cases in progress that we’re still working on. You’ll hear from us soon as we have an update. Thanks for your patience.”, like the image below:
Conclusion on this Google My Business Update
At least this update can give a bit of reassurance that your support ticket is still open and not forgotten, hopefully…
In turn, this will reduce duplicate support requests for Google.
