It’s annoying after you create the product on profile, add a picture, description, etc and you go to your public Google Business Profile panel and it’s not showing live…
In other words, you can see them when you are signed in but not when you are signed out. This means your customers cannot see them.
Products Are Not Showing on Your Google Business Profile
- Products may take 48h to appear on your Google Business Profile, for some reason this happens to a few business categories, I speculate that is to give time for Google AI to glance over and check if your products are compliant with their shopping ad policy.
- Products require manual review
- Products are not approved, if Google AI finds that is violating guidelines

- To find why it was “Not Approved”, click on the product to find more about why it wasn’t approved. Along with the explanation, you will see a link to the applicable policies.
- It could be an issue affecting your profile, where you add products to your profile but they do not appear to the public after 48h and are not under review/rejected, in this case you need to contact Google Business Profile Support.
