Seth Godin is an advocate of the smallest viable audience. For him means:
” The smallest viable audience approach means figuring out who the people are who care enough about what you’re selling to get in their car and drive five miles, or twenty miles, instead of walking across the street to buy something average–and committing yourself to focusing just on them.”
This concept fits right in to my “Be Remarkable” motto and concepts of URB (Unique remarkable business) and URP (Unique Remarkable Point).
If you wish for people to spread the (Word of Mouth) you need to care and do intentional work to show that you care and you matter to your “audience”.
