You will find on this page 2 Google Reviews Calculators, one for checking your Google Reviews Rating Score and another to see how many reviews you need to achieve a higher rating score.
Google Reviews Star Rating Score Calculator
Google Reviews Star Rating Score is normally the compound average of the ratings received.
In geeky terms, this is the formula for Google Reviews: (Review Score X Number of Reviews) / Total Number of Reviews. However, check the notes for some nuances.
Example:
1 Star X 2 reviews = 2 points + 2 Stars X 2 reviews = 4 points + 3 Stars X 5 reviews = 15 points + 4 Stars X 10 reviews = 40 points + 5 Stars X 20 reviews = 100 points
Total points: 161
161 points / 39 total reviews = 4.1 (only the 1st decimal counts and rounding rules apply)

How many of your ratings have written comments
What is the “feeling” in each comment
How much can Google trust the reviewer
What is your rating score on Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp, BBB…
