Your Google Business profile has been suspended or disabled, and after submitting the reinstatement form and speaking with Google Business Profile Support, you received an email similar to the one below:
We understand your concern and suggest that you reach out to a specialist team that can help address your question. We’d suggest that you report your issue by navigating to “Need More Help?” and following the appropriate steps on the Google Business Profile Help Center. Your issue will be directed to the concerned specialist team, who will help you with resolution.
What to do if you need to contact a specialist team
Well, they don’t tell you exactly how to escalate to the Google Business Profile specialist team, it’s very vague, “appropriate steps”. What?!
Basically you have 2 options:
- Get a GBP product expert, like me :), to help you escalate your case
- Or go to the Google Business Profile community forum and open thread. Then you need to pray for one of the GBP product experts who are volunteering to escalate your case to Google.
